Eenfnety Store allows returns within a specific period, usually 3 days, for most items, but this varies by product category and some items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, you must request it through your Eenfnety Store account and ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact. You can choose to exchange the product, receive a replacement for a damaged or defective item, or get a refund Within 3 Days . 

Refund For An Item Cancelled Or Returned : 

The Item Which Is Cancelled Or Return Will Be Get Refund After A Quality Check Pass And Refund Will Be Issued And Will Be Credited Within The Account In 3 Days .

Before initiating a return:

Confirm the item is eligible for return: as some products, such as screen guards, certain electronics, and personal wellness items, are non-returnable. 

Keep the product in its original condition: including all original brand packaging, accessories, freebies, and price tags. 

Do not remove quality check or return tags: if they are part of the item. 

How to return an item: 

Go to your orders: on the Eenfnety Store app or website.

Select the item: you want to return and initiate a return request.

Choose your reason: for the return, which will determine if you can exchange, replace, or receive a refund.

Follow the instructions: to confirm your decision and prepare the item for pickup.

If you want a different size or color of the same product, you can request an exchange.

Replacement:

If the item is damaged, defective, or a different product was delivered, you can get a replacement with an identical item.

Refund:

If the desired product is unavailable or you no longer want it, you can request a refund.

After you initiate a return:

Eenfnety Store field executive will pick up the product. 

The product will undergo a verification process. 

If a refund is chosen and the product is not available, or if you've chosen COD, you might receive cash back immediately. Otherwise, the refund will be credited to your account.
